If you want to get and stay healthy, we offer a variety classes and activities at different skill levels to meet your needs. Join a traditional basketball team or learn to play tennis. Get on the water and learn to row, canoe or kayak, or participate in regetta competitions on a local team. To get excited about exercising, try something new like kick-boxing, capoiera, or kendo. For mind and body health, we offer meditation, pilates, thai-chi, and yoga. We also have many classes and activities that cater to a 50+ crowd, if this interests you.
